Phased sequential petrol injection model with motorized throttle valve

ES sequential phased injection mock-up from a simulated TU 1.6 16V petrol engine with motorized throttle and EOBD. The model is designed for visualization, analysis and understanding of the sequential phased gasoline injection system. It is supplied with an OBD Scantool.

The MT-E5000 model is a teaching aid forstudying and understanding a phased sequential gasoline injection system.

This autonomous structure is equipped with various simulation and visualization boards:

  • an injection ECU board with input/output measurement sockets and fault capability,
  • a vehicle / dashboard board for modifying road and engine parameters and EOBD diagnostic socket,
  • an engine board, ¾ view of the engine, sensors and actuators, visualization of injection and ignition cycles.

The MT-E5000 model is delivered with :

  • CL550 tool, parameter and fault code reading (EOBD), voltmeter, ammeter and 2-channel oscilloscope functions.
