Field sales representative – Educational solutions

Job scope :

Reporting to the Didactic Activity Manager, your responsibilities will include :

 

Main tasks :

 

  • Retain existing customers in half of France
  • Customer visits (50% of time)
  • Find new customers for didactic activities
  • Act as the customer’s technical contact for installation, commissioning, training and use of the product
  • Carry out product demonstrations
  • Drawing up quotations
  • Entering orders
  • Initiate customer complaint forms and monitor their processing
  • Feed back information from the field: needs, competition, prices, technology watch, etc.
  • Participate in various trade fairs and didactic events

 

Secondary missions :

 

  • Participate in the testing and development of new products
  • Participate in drafting product instructions for use
  • Participate in drawing up preliminary specifications in response to customer needs

Training :

You have a BTS MV or BTS Commercial qualification with knowledge of automotive technologies.

 

Professional experience :

You have at least 2 years’ successful experience, ideally acquired in an after-sales workshop and/or in a sales function.

Desired skills :

  • You are able to carry out commercial prospecting (B2B)
  • You master sales techniques and know how to close contracts
  • You are able to write sales proposals
  • You are able to build and propose a product sales pitch tailored to the customer’s needs
  • You are fluent in English and may speak one or more other foreign languages.
  • You have a good command of office automation tools

Type of contract :

Open-ended contract – Non-managerial classification (fixed annual salary 218 days + RTT)

 

Compensation :

Annual full-time range over 12 months: fixed salary between €28k and €33k + variable depending on experience and profile
