The MT-TRACTION-ELEC model is a concrete, modern and safe tool for teaching all the stages in the operation of an electric drive train.

 

It integrates all the components of an electric vehicle powertrain: motor, BMS, inverter, traction battery and service battery. An electric motor charging device is used to study the motor’s operating phases under driving conditions.

An integrated touchscreen allows you to control the model: running scenario, configuration and visualization of key parameters and variables.

Accessible signals: 3 motor phases, resolver, traction and service battery voltage, PP & CP charging terminal communication.

 

Learning objectives :

  • Analyze the operation of an electric drive train and its components
  • Analyze traction battery charge/discharge cycles, including energy recovery during lowering and braking
  • Visualize signals from various chain components (motor, charge terminal, etc.)
