The MT-C7001 model has been developed to facilitate the study and analysis of an automotive air conditioning system filled with HFO-1234yf gas. The model features actual parts and systems and is used with a mobile phone app to generate faults.

The MT-C7001 model has been developed to facilitate the study and analysis of an automotic air conditioning system filled with HFO-1234yf gas with real parts and systems: Air conditioning compressor as used on a PSA vehicle for R134a (Sanden SD6C12), Condensing unit with fan motors taken from an additional A/C set-up, Evaporating unit with pulser, system taken from an additional set-up, evaporating unit in passenger cell, Diam 64H120 drying filter with 3-stage pressure switch as used on a PSA vehicle, 2 filling valves, HP and LP and Set of 4 hoses for connecting up the A/C elements with a galvanised steel connector; hoses with a diameter of M6, M8 and M10 depending on the situation, IHX module and mobile phone app to create faults.
Supplied with its transport and storage case, user documentation and practical exercises.
